Basic Services:

• Weekly home monitoring visits 

  • Check for running water, leaks, maintenance issues​

  • Emergency response (conditions apply)

• Bill payment

• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors ​

• Seasonal tasks such as garden furniture and pond pump storage and installation.

• Owner arranged maintenance events that require on-site supervision or presence.

• Grocery and other shopping.

• Sub contracted work on the property arranged on your behalf such as:

  • Snow and Ice removal

  • Plumbing, electrical, or construction services

  • Sprinkler system winter and summer maintenance

  • Lawn and garden maintenance

  • Window, chimney and gutter cleaning

  • Heating system servicing

  • Vehicle, (including boats), servicing and detailing

  • House cleaning

 

We provide monthly invoices, statements and enclose receipts for work done.
